RulerInches provides a free, browser-based screen ruler tool that displays measurements in inches, centimeters, and millimeters. The tool uses hardware device detection and optional manual credit card calibration to render actual-size measurements directly on your display.

4. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide the most accurate digital ruler possible — through device-specific PPI detection and manual calibration options — we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy on every device and screen configuration. Measurement accuracy depends on factors including your device's hardware specifications, browser zoom level, display scaling settings, and whether calibration has been performed. Users should calibrate the ruler for critical measurements.
